The birth of a child is momentous and while there is cause for great celebration - you may feel overwhelmed, sad, resentful, and just plain exhausted. Come and meet up with other moms who may be experiencing similar feelings and concerns. Whether you've just given birth to your first child or just had baby number three, postpartum challenges arise for both new and seasoned mothers alike. Topics include navigating through the baby blues, feelings of depression, anxiety, relationship stress, balancing multiple children, self-care, and when and how to seek more help. The group is facilitated by Abby Marateck, MA.
